1. Overview Welcome to Bondfella ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using www.bondfella.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Bondfella is a design studio based in Pakistan that creates personalized gifts and custom products. All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners located in your region.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are custom-designed and made-to-order
  • Prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion
  • Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and printing processes

4. Orders & Payment

  • Payment is processed at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods via Shopify
  • Sales tax will be collected where applicable for US orders
  • All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products

5. Production & Shipping

  • Production begins immediately after order placement
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are owned by Bondfella or licensed to us
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
  • By uploading custom content for personalization, you grant us a license to use it solely to fulfill your order
  • You represent that you own or have rights to any content you provide

7. Prohibited Uses You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality or security
