How We Fulfill Orders Bondfella is a design studio based in Karachi, Pakistan, specializing in personalized gifts and custom apparel. All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment partners located in the same region as our customers. This means if you're ordering from the United States, your item will be printed and shipped from within the United States for faster delivery.

  • United States: FREE SHIPPING on all orders
  • No minimum purchase required
  • No hidden fees at checkout
  • All prices displayed in USD

Currently Available Shipping Regions We currently ship to customers within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional countries soon.

Production & Processing Time Because each item is custom-made just for you:

  • Production time: 3-7 business days (depending on product type)
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin production the next business day

Shipping Time After Production Once your item is produced and shipped:

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days within the US
  • Shipping via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers
  • Total time from order to delivery: typically 6-14 business days

Tracking Your Order You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Peak shopping seasons (holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

While Bondfella is not responsible for carrier delays, we're here to help. If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at designedbymrj@gmail.com and we'll assist in tracking or resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for redelivery.
