Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products All products sold at Bondfella are custom-designed, personalized items that are made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders.

Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at designedbymrj@gmail.com.

To report a defective or damaged item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us at designedbymrj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Please contact designedbymrj@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Processing Time for Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
