If the product is personalizable, you'll see clear instructions on the product page to enter your custom details before adding to cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment info, and you're all set. A confirmation email will be sent to you right away.
What is your refund and return policy?
Because every Bondfella product is made-to-order just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll make it right — no hassle, no return shipping needed. Email us at designedbymrj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product is crafted on demand, so here's what to expect: Production takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping — 5–10 business days for US orders and 10–20 business days internationally. Most customers receive their orders within 2–4 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
